This guide is written in English about transcribing spoken Hindi. A Hindi website interface does not establish recognition quality, and an English interface does not mean Hindi is unsupported.
Devanagari or Roman Hindi?
Ask for the script you need. Transliteration changes writing systems; translation changes language. A Romanised transcript is not automatically an English translation.
Give names and numbers extra attention.
Review people’s names, place names, dates and quantities against your recording. Mixed-language passages deserve a separate reference transcript and review by someone who understands both languages.
